We Built a Bigger House — Keep Supply's New Fulfillment Center Is Live

We've been in the industrial refrigeration parts business long enough to know one thing: when buisness grows, you either step up or get left behind. We're not really the "get left behind" type.

That's why we're excited to officially announce the opening of our new fulfillment center at 3570 E. Sawyer Rd. in Brookline, Missouri — our biggest single investment in operational capacity since we started.

650,000 Cubic Feet of "We're Ready for You"

The new Brookline facility clocks in at over 650,000 cubic feet of storage capacity. To put that in perspective: it's a lot of space for a lot of parts that need to get to a lot of customers — fast.

This isn't a vanity project. It's infrastructure. The kind that lets us increase inventory levels, tighten fulfillment operations, and improve delivery reliability for customers across the United States (and beyond). When a refrigeration system goes down, nobody has time to wait. This facility means fewer delays.

Why Springfield? Because This Is Home.

Southwest Missouri — and Springfield in particular — is a strategic location for reaching customers coast to coast, quickly.

"This isn't just a bigger warehouse, it's infrastructure for the next decade. And the fact that we're building it right here, in the same place we call home, gives us a great deal of pride. Springfield and the surrounding area have become an important region for the refrigeration industry, and we're excited to continue growing alongside it." — Drake Hughes, President, Keep Supply

The Mission Hasn't Changed — Just the Scale

Industrial refrigeration doesn't get a lot of headlines, but it keeps a lot of industries moving. Food storage. Cold chain logistics. Processing facilities. The people who depend on this equipment can't afford downtime — and that means they can't afford to work with a parts supplier who's scrambling to keep up.

"Industrial refrigeration keeps critical industries moving, and our job is to make sure customers can get the parts they need quickly and reliably. This new fulfillment center positions us to serve that mission at a much larger scale while continuing to grow." — Josh Burch, CEO, Keep Supply

The Brookline facility is fully operational now. It's not a future plan or a ribbon-cutting photo op (okay, we did cut a ribbon — it was a good ribbon). It's a working distribution hub, live and ready to serve.

A Decade in the Making

This is what ten years of steady, intentional growth looks like. Not flashy pivots. Not chasing trends. Just showing up every day, doing the work well, and making the investments that set the next decade up for success.

We celebrated the opening on May 26 with a ribbon-cutting and open house — local media, business leaders, community partners, and the Keep Supply team all under one (very large) roof. It was a good day.

There are more good days ahead.
