I received the wrong parts

We are here to make finding the right parts quick and easy. With that said, we all know that mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong part(s), for any reason, we are here to help.

To get the process started, please complete our product return form, to request a free return label. We will email you the label which can be used to return the incorrect parts. Once we receive the parts, we will process the refund. It is that simple.

Products are return eligible as long as they are 1.) purchased directly from Pluck LLC, DBA Keep Supply and 2.) The return request is initiated within 90 days of the date of purchase.

Products were damaged during transit.

Receive a part that is broken or damaged during shipment that was purchased from us? Reach out to us and we will work with you to make it right. Start the return process by filling out the product return form or contacting us at [email protected]. Take pictures of the damaged product to go along with the form or email.

At every opportunity and through every interaction, we promise to care as much as you do.

We have a product defect and I need to pursue a warranty claim.

Products sold and distributed by Pluck LLC, DBA Keep Supply may offer an original equipment manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. Keep Supply acts solely as a distributor and therefore does not express, and can not confirm or substantiate manufacturer claims related to installation instructions, proper use, product selection, product warranties, product disclaimers, or product performance expectations. To learn more about the specifics of product warranties that may apply to parts purchased from Pluck LLC, DBA Industrial Refrigeration Parts, please refer to literature provided by the original equipment manufacturer.

Having said all that, we would like to help if we can. If you have purchased parts through Keep Supply and you believe you may have cause to make a warranty claim, based on defects to workmanship or materials, please contact us and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

I do not need the products anymore.

If you have purchased products from us and no longer need them, we have a standard return policy that we use for almost all products: 

  • 30% restocking fee (Or manufacture required fee if applicable)
  • Shipping charges are added to return unless specified
  • RMA expires after 30 days from the date of issue
  • No returns on international orders

International Orders

All international order shipping (Excluding Canada) are final upon shipment of goods. Pick-ups or return labels are not included in this service. The exclusion to this policy would be items damaged during transit. If this is the case, please email us Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
