Details
The SD1 sample draw sensor was designed to interface with industry standard 4-20mA control systems for reliable ventilation control during constant gas exposure. The SD1 sensor is designed towithstand continuous exposure to toxic gases where other sensors simply fail and die.The SD1 uses an industry-proven electrochemical sensor for low-ppm accuracy and gas specificity, along with special pump/valve plumbing sequencing to “refresh” the cell with clean air to prevent saturation and extend the cell life. A reverse-purge routine also helps self-clean the micron filter.Only high quality pumps and valves were designed into the sensor to ensure long life and low maintenance. A simple, rugged design combined with a 1-year warranty on all parts gives you the best value and lowest price of any poultry house sensor on the market.Features:Single-point sample draw system for gas monitoringDesigned for accurate livestock house air quality and ventilation control1-year warranty, including replacement sensor elementElectronics potted to eliminate corrosion from continuous exposureWeatherproof NEMA 4X, IP 66 sensor enclosureTarget gas specific electrochemical sensor technologyRequires 24Vdc power, and provides industry standard linear 4/20 mA outputSensor designed to adapt to any environment from -20°F to +140°F, wet or dry10-minute sampling rate.
