Keep Pro Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Keep Pro Rewards Terms & Conditions ("Rewards Terms") apply to the Keep Pro Rewards program offered by Pluck LLC, DBA Keep Supply ("Keep Supply"). They are part of and incorporated into the Keep Supply Terms & Conditions. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the site Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligible Orders and Tiers

Orders totaling $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000, $25,000, or $100,000 or more (before tax and shipping) qualify to receive one complimentary reward item from the corresponding spend tier. The qualifying order total is calculated on other merchandise only; the value of the reward item does not count toward the spend tier. Reward items vary by tier, are subject to availability, and may change without notice.

2. Who Is Eligible

This program is open to Keep Supply business accounts purchasing for their own use. Keep Supply employees, and accounts that purchase for resale or distribution (including resellers and distributors), are not eligible. Eligibility is determined by account type on file.

3. How to Redeem

To redeem, add a qualifying reward item to your cart. The reward is applied automatically as a 100% discount to your qualifying order at checkout once your order subtotal meets the applicable spend tier. The reward cannot be added or redeemed separately, or applied to an order after it is placed.

4. Where the Offer Is Valid

The offer is valid on purchase orders and online orders placed through keepsupply.com or by phone or email with our direct sales team.

5. One Reward Per Order

Limit one free reward per order. If more than one qualifying reward item is added to a single order, only one item will be discounted at 100%; any additional qualifying items will be charged at full price. Keep Supply reserves the right to disqualify any order or reward that appears to be structured, split, or combined to obtain more rewards than intended or to reach a spend tier artificially.

6. Cancellations and Returns

If a qualifying order is canceled or returned in part so that the order total falls below the spend tier that qualified for the reward, and the reward item has not yet shipped, the reward will be forfeited or charged at its retail price. Once the reward item has shipped, no adjustment will be made.

7. Reward Item Value and Defects

Reward items cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit. If a reward item arrives damaged or defective, Keep Supply will replace it, or if the item is no longer available, substitute a comparable item. Reward items are otherwise provided as is.

8. No Combining; Contract Pricing

Rewards are not valid on previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Standard negotiated account or contract pricing is a customer's normal pricing and is not considered a discount or promotion for purposes of this program; rewards apply to qualifying orders placed at contract pricing.

9. Shipping

Orders shipping within the United States receive free shipping on reward items. International orders are eligible to redeem rewards, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs charges on the reward item. Reward items ship to the address of choice.

10. Program Changes and Brand Relationship

Keep Supply reserves the right to end or modify this program, including reward tiers, items, and eligibility, at any time. While supplies last. This promotion is in no way sponsored or provided by any brand featured within the reward offerings. Keep Supply is not an authorized dealer or seller of the brands featured in the reward offerings, and reward items are not covered by any manufacturer or brand warranty. The remedy in Section 7 of these Rewards Terms is the sole remedy for a defective reward item.

11. Relationship to Site Terms & Conditions

These Rewards Terms are part of and incorporated into the Keep Supply Keep Supply Terms & Conditions, which govern all matters not addressed here, including governing law, limitation of liability, and disclaimers of warranty. Where these Rewards Terms conflict with the site Terms & Conditions as applied to reward items, these Rewards Terms control. In particular, the return process and restocking fee in Section 6 of the site Terms & Conditions, and the manufacturer warranty in Section 7 of the site Terms & Conditions, do not apply to reward items. If any provision of these Rewards Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
